Property Management Services Include:
- Coordinating repair and maintenance items

- Collecting rents, paying property expenses and providing the owner with the net amount monthly

- Advertising the property for lease on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Advertising the property for lease both online and in print
- Showing the property and cooperating with other agents who show the property to their clients
- Perform Tenant Screening Services
- Drafting and executing Lease Agreements
- Collecting tenant deposits and rents and holding funds in trust on behalf of the owner
