-         Coordinating repair and maintenance items

-        Assessing the property to determine any modifications needed for the dwelling to be compliant with state and local laws pertainting to rentals

-        Advertising the property for lease on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

-        Advertising the property for lease both online and in print

-        Showing the property and cooperating with other agents who show the property to their clients

-        Perform Tenant Screening Services

-        Drafting and executing Lease Agreements

-        Collecting tenant deposits and rents and holding funds in trust on behalf of the owner
