-        Providing commercial leasing services for owners in conjunction with providing property management services

-        Performing commercial leasing services on behalf of owners who prefer to self-manage

-        Preparing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to provide pricing recommendations for lease(s)

-        Advertising the property for lease on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and on LoopNet

-        Advertising the property for lease both online and in print

-        Showing the property and cooperating with other agents who show the property to their clients

-        Performing tenant screening services

-        Negotiating, drafting and executing Lease Agreements

-        Collecting tenant deposits and rents and holding funds in trust on behalf of the owner

 

Tenant Representation Includes:

 

-        Locating rental property based upon stated criteria such as price, size, location, zoning and other preferences

-        Showing properties that match requested criteria to the prospective tenant/lessee

-        Negotiating lease terms on behalf of the tenant/lessee
